Head brew-master Vera put together a lovely Mokka Stout with a great balance of chocolate and our Guatemalan medium roast coffee. You’d never know that she started brewing with a home-brew kit just a few short years ago. She definitely has a natural talent, evidenced by her numerous brewing awards.
